Every time a podcast, a blog post or a course taught me something worth keeping, I wrote it down: how to read the numbers behind a decision, why the same problems keep coming back, how investors think under uncertainty, how to tell a story that actually gets a decision. It was my revision notebook.
Somewhere along the way it became something bigger: nine short courses on the skills I believe every professional should learn early in their career, not only once they become a manager.
Why now? AI has removed many of the technical constraints. Building gets easier every month. What is becoming scarce is the ability to spot the right opportunity, create real value, see where things are heading and bring people with you. That is leadership, and it can be learned.
In that spirit, I built the courses with AI as my co-writer, shaping and curating them around what I was learning. And to be clear, I’m not an expert in all nine areas. In my journey of learning, I wanted to share what is helping me along the way.
So I’m opening it up:
→ Finance, leadership, investor thinking and foresight → The agent economy and data foundations for AI → Business models, systems thinking and storytelling
Each course has worked examples, a real-world case, an exercise on your own work, a short quiz, and the books, podcasts and courses that taught me. It’s free, there’s no sign-up, and your progress stays in your own browser.
This is just the beginning. I’ll keep adding new micro-courses as I learn, so the page will grow with my own journey.
I hope it helps you as much as it’s helping me. I’d love your feedback: what works, what doesn’t, ideas to improve it, and topics you’d like to see next. Drop them in the comments or message me directly.
Which of the nine would you start with?
